Established in 1979 and continuously serving our clients, Bryhill Technical Services are timber decay and damp eradication specialists with a reputation for honesty and integrity. We have over 33,000 ( thirty three thousand ) jobs within our archive system on completed works.

We monitor all works at each stage, very occasionally we will receive negative feedback, which provides us the opportunity to improve our level of service.

Our work is protected by an independent insurance-backed guarantee, backed by the Guarantee Protection Insurance. All chemical treatments have a 20-year manufacturer’s guarantee. GPI provides independent cover for your property on the guarantees issued by Bryhill and can be passed to a new owner if you decide to sell.

We specialise in working with disabled/elderly tenants and, in close consultation with our clients, will reduce to a minimum any disruption to the occupier.

Our engineering division specialises in restoration works to historic and listed buildings, liaising with conservation bodies about the type of repairs to be used.
